Registration and Fees

Registration forms can be obtained during rehearsals or online by following this link.                                                                                                                                             (Registration Form)

Basic clothing requirements are at the expense of each family and will include but not be limited to items such as a white turtleneck shirt and black pants/skirt.  All items will be ones that can be worn as everyday dress.

Please be sure to review our Statement of Faith and Conduct/Commitment forms.

It is not our intent to prohibit anyone from joining C4 because of fees or incidental costs.  If you are unable to provide the necessary clothing for your child, please contact Mrs. Storrs to make arrangements.
